This page explains how the Pondera Health Premium subscription renews, how to cancel it and what happens to your access after you cancel. Review the steps to cancel on iPhone and Android, when renewals stop and how to request a refund.

Pondera Health offers a monthly or yearly Premium subscription, purchased in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm the purchase.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
1. Open Settings and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions and choose Pondera Health.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also get there from the app, on your subscription screen, using the button to manage it in the store.
1. Open Google Play and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions and choose Pondera Health.
3. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
Use the same Google account you subscribed with. You can also get there from the app, on your subscription screen.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for, and your account then continues on the free plan with your data intact.
Uninstalling the app or deleting your Pondera account does not cancel the subscription: you must cancel it in the store.
Payments are processed by the store you subscribed through, so Pondera cannot issue refunds directly. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
• Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's policies.
• Google Play: request it from your Google Play order history or through Google support, under the Google Play refund policy.
If the subscription price changes, Apple or Google will notify you under their rules and, where required, ask you to accept the new price before it applies. The change only takes effect from the next renewal, and you can cancel beforehand if you do not agree.
If you have Premium through a free-access coupon, there are no charges or renewals: your access ends on the date shown when you redeemed it, if the coupon has one. If the coupon led you to a store discount, the resulting subscription renews and is cancelled like any other.
