How the Pondera Pace Premium subscription renews, how to cancel it step by step on iPhone and Android, what happens to your access after cancelling and where to request a refund.
The Pondera Pace Premium subscription is monthly or yearly and is purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If the price changes, Apple or Google will notify you before the next renewal.
Cancellation is done in the store where you subscribed, not in Pondera Pace. In the app, the "Manage in the store" button in your subscription details takes you straight there.
On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, go to Subscriptions, choose Pondera Pace and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also do it from the App Store by tapping your profile picture and then Subscriptions.
On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, choose Pondera Pace and tap Cancel subscription.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date shown in the store.
Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid.
After that, your account continues on the free tier: your workouts and data are kept and you lose access to Premium features.
Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not stop store charges. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play following the steps above.
Charges and refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; Pondera Pace cannot issue refunds for store purchases. Cancelling does not automatically refund the period already charged.

A free-access Premium coupon does not renew or generate charges: when its period ends, your account returns to the free tier. A discount coupon applies to a store subscription, which is cancelled like any other.
