Import the data your watch or app shares through Health Connect: workouts, heart rate, sleep and heart rate variability. You can also add activities using TCX, GPX or KML files.

Every session with its map, its splits, its zones and its route replay.
Every run adds its kilometres to the pair you assigned. Change a workout’s pair and the distance moves with it.
Pace groups your sessions by where they start. Name a spot and the runs that leave from there belong to it.
Review how your pace, heart rate and load change across your training block. Pace brings those trends together to help you understand your training.
How much to carry and at which minute to take it on every long run, from the real demand of the session.
A TCX, GPX or KML comes in through the same door as your watch and feeds your twin just the same.

Yes. Pace includes training blocks for 5K, 10K, 15K, half marathon and marathon. Your plan takes your fitness, recent training and available running days into account.
A watch is optional. Import TCX, GPX or KML activity files, or connect an app that shares data through Health Connect. Distance and time support volume and pace analysis; zone and recovery insights depend on the required data being available, such as heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep.
On Android, 30 days without the history permission and up to 2 years with it. You can reimport whenever you like from Settings: Pace reads everything the source allows again and rebuilds your twin on that history.
Pace connects your activity history with a personalised plan and recovery insights. Its digital twin brings together estimates of capacity, load and habits, showing confidence for each reading so you can see what supports it and where information is missing.
Pace compares available heart rate variability and sleep data with your usual values to inform training. The reading depends on your history and the data you share; it does not diagnose injuries or determine whether you can run with pain.
The iPhone app is on its way: today Pondera Pace is downloaded from Google Play, and the App Store release will be announced on this page.
Your training data helps build your twin, prepare your plan and show your activities and progress. Your Pondera Pace account is independent from any other app on the platform and data is not shared between them. You can revoke the data source access from your device and delete your account from the app at any time.
